We believe that every student has the potential to succeed, and our dedicated team is here to guide them on their journey to personal and academic growth.

Melton FLO provide personalised educational programs with a strong focus on literacy and numeracy skills to meet the individual needs of secondary school students in the Melton and Brimbank areas of Victoria who have become disengaged or are at risk of disengaging from mainstream schooling.

At Melton FLO, we understand that each student’s educational experience is different, and traditional education models don’t always meet everyone’s needs. Our program is designed to provide a flexible, nurturing environment where students can rediscover their love for learning and build a brighter future. We aim to create an educational space that is not only academically stimulating but also emotionally and socially supportive.

Through Individual Education Plans, small class sizes, and a strong focus on wellbeing, we aim to re-engage students in their education and help them build the skills and confidence they need to thrive in their future endeavours. When ready, we work collaboratively with students and families to re-engage with mainstream education, or transition into further education, training and/or employment.
